Welcome to GJW Novels

As a child I remember reading everything I could to escape into another world.  There was nothing wrong with the one I was growing up in, but I wanted to know about other times and places.  As an adult I found that reading could be an escape from a stressful career in Healthcare, but it wasn’t enough.  To truly escape I decided to try writing.  I found a freedom from my earthly bonds that I never knew existed.  As the stories progressed, the characters on the pages seemed to come to life.  This is when I did escape to another time, another place, and another life.

As I laughed, cried, lived, and died with the characters in these pages, my desire to share these stories with others grew.  My sincere hope is that you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed writing them.  All of them are about strong women who made a difference in the world in which they lived and loved.
